Role summary
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated, and dynamic Physiotherapist to join the Community Response Service (CRS) Team as a Locality Team Lead for the Berwick CRS Physiotherapy Team. The role involves providing strong clinical and managerial leadership, carrying a clinical caseload, and offering clinical support for complex cases. The successful candidate will lead and develop the CRS Physiotherapy Service, drive service improvement initiatives, and support workforce development.
Essential criteria
- Relevant degree or professional qualification
- HCPC registration
- Student educator qualification or willingness to undertake within 6 months of being appointed into post

- Qualification or training in management
- Evidence of post graduate education
- CSP Member
- Experience and knowledge
- Significant clinical experience in relevant area
- Documented evidence of continuing professional development
- Experience in planning service delivery
- Knowledge of or experience in coaching and mentoring practices and tools
- Knowledge of or experience in Quality improvement tools, techniques and methods
- Experience of multidisciplinary working and management of multidisciplinary teams
- You may also need to travel between Trust premises as required for the performance of your duties. You may also be expected to work at any of the trust sites The Trust would consider making reasonable adjustments to the role, if necessary, to enable a disabled person to undertake the role

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, motivated and dynamic Physiotherapist to join our Community Response Service (CRS) Team as a Locality Team Lead for the Berwick CRS Physiotherapy Team.
The Berwick CRS Physiotherapy Team provide community rehabilitation with an aim to enable patients with a wide variety of conditions to be as independent as possible within their own environment, by providing specialist physiotherapy assessment and interventions. The team is comprised of registered Physiotherapists and Clinical Support Workers.
This role includes managerial responsibility for the Berwick team, working closely alongside and cross covering Locality Team Leads for Alnwick, Hexham and Blyth. The successful post holder will be expected to carry a clinical caseload and offer clinical support with complex cases.
