Role summary
The Staff Nurse will deliver high-quality, patient-centered, compassionate care, focusing on promoting health and independence. Essential criteria
- Registered Nurse (Adult Nursing)
- Completed preceptorship programme
- Willingness to undertake in-house trainings to perform urological investigations and treatments
- Recognised urethral catheterisation training
- Previous experience of working at registered nurse level
- Previous experience of working for surgical or urological department
- Skills, Abilities & Knowledge

Registered Nurse (RN) will:

Main duties of the job
- Support the daily running of the UIU by taking part/leading on daily Safety Huddles in the UIU.
- Carry out specific clinical and care tasks and responsibilities to a high standard and competency.
- Participate in the planning and delivery of individual care provided by the multi-disciplinary team.
- Supervise junior staff members/student and delegate appropriately.
- Support senior staff members and management team in service delivery.
