Role summary

This role is for a competent and enthusiastic receptionist at a busy mental health centre. The successful candidate will provide a professional reception service, maintain confidentiality, and multitask effectively. Job summary

We require a competent and enthusiastic receptionist for a busy reception in a mental health centre. The successful candidate will need to provide a profession reception service, be able to maintain confidentiality and have the ability to multitask. You will also be part of the St Giles Admin Service and need to have a flexible approach and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time keep it paramount in this position. A tactful and friendly disposition is also necessary. The receptionist plays an important role and can be the first face-to-face contact for service users and visitors to the St Giles building and should ensure that the experience promotes the good image of the service at all times.

The position is Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p. m-
