Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced community clinician to join the LMWS management team, with a specific focus on the PCMH element. The role will involve providing managerial link support to the LYPFT clinicians working in LMWS. In addition, other elements of the role will involve providing clinical advice and supporting wider service improvements from an operational perspective. Main duties of the job

The Clinical Team Manager (CTM) will provide clinical leadership and professional oversight within the service. The role will support staff through formal and informal clinical supervision, professional guidance, and clinical decision-making, ensuring safe and effective practice. The CTM will also contribute to risk management, safeguarding, incident reviews, and the implementation of service improvements to enhance patient outcomes. The CTM will work alongside other LMWS managers and support in a timely and supportive way to ensure the daily smooth operations of the PCMH element.
