Role summary

Key responsibilities

- Ability to work collaboratively across professional and organisational boundaries.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and variation, generate meaningful insights and translate these into evidence-based recommendations that support service improvement and decision-making.
- Educated to degree level or with equivalent experience, along with a demonstrable Project Management qualification or experience.
- Proficient in IT, particularly in the use of Microsoft Office professional.
- Experience of using and creating databases.
- Well-developed organisational, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrating a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage, influence and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work to deadlines, manage competing priorities, and use your initiative to progress tasks independently.
Desirable criteria
- Working knowledge of the TRAK patient management system and tableau dashboards.
- An understanding of outpatient service provision.
