Main duties of the job
The post holder will ensure staff are trained and equipped to complete all categories of cleaning. You will be given personal development opportunities throughout your career with Hampshire Hospitals and have the ability to manage Domestic Assistants whilst on a shift.We have established a full training programme for all of the Domestic Shift Leads and we also offer extensive training opportunities for those wishing to further excel their career.
