Essential criteria

- Experience in customer service and administration duties
- Experience in the use of IT / computer skills
- Experience of working in the NHS and / or dealing with customers /range of different people
- Knowledge of outpatient and waiting list targets, systems and procedures
- Understanding of budgets
- Experience of workforce processes including recruitment, appraisal, disciplinary procedures and managing attendance
- Experience of working with patient tracking lists
