Are you a patient, service user, carer or member of your local community who wishes to bring the patient-voice and are passionate about making changes to improve safety and quality of care?
THIS COULD BE YOU!
A Patient Safety Partner (PSP) supports the organisation in improving patient safety. They bring an independent perspective and are involved, as an equal partner, in a wide range of activities and programmes e.g. sitting on relevant safety and governance committees; reviewing and commenting on meeting papers and reports; being part of the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) implementation group; helping develop patient safety information resources; contributing to the design of safer healthcare at all levels in the organisation.
We are seeking to recruit PSPs who share our vision and values of making Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (BCHC) a provider of the Best Care possible to support the people who use our services, many of whom are among the most vulnerable in our society, to live well in Healthy Communities.
