Role summary
This role is for an enthusiastic and motivated Community Specialist Nurse (Diabetes) to join the Community Diabetes Service. Essential criteria
- Degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Current registration with the NMC, Showing a registered General Nurse.
- Relevant post registration training in Diabetes eg: Masters or diploma in diabetes management
- Independent Nurse Prescriber or willing to undertake
