Role summary
This role involves providing administrative support to the Clinical Governance Team within the Maternity Service at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. Key duties include managing communications, organising meetings, taking minutes, and maintaining office systems. The administrator will contribute to patient care behind the scenes, working in a fast-paced environment and supporting continuous improvement.
Essential criteria
- RSA III or equivalent training or experience
- Good general standard of literacy and numeracy
- Evidence of development in previous job roles
- Experience of communicating effectively with a variety of professionals and outside agencies
- Understanding of the need for confidentiality
- Attitude, aptitude
- Effective role model, demonstrating NNUH's PRIDE values of People focussed, Respect, Integrity, Dedication and Excellence
- Demonstrates understanding and commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

Attend to all communications, for example, emails, faxes, investigation results/information on a daily basis. Use judgement to undertake a preliminary assessment of content to determine the appropriate course of action and the priority for the Governance Team's attention
