Role summary

Job summary

The role will involve coordinating the activity of the Neuropsychology Education & Research Team. This role will provide and deliver a high standard of senior administrator support to the Course Team using a varied range of work procedures.

Main duties of the job

The role will involve:

1) Managing the diaries of the senior members of the Course Team.

2) Acting as the first contact for the Course Team, fielding queries where possible, and thereafter ensuring relevant team members are engaged with and queries resolved.

3) Taking minutes from relevant meetings, collating action points, and engaging with relevant Course Team members to ensure actions are undertaken as required.

4) Maintaining a record of external Course Team members, their training and work done for the Course.

5) Coordinating and timetabling the lecture and tutorial content for the Courses, in collaboration with the professional services team within the University of Bristol.

6) Collating, processing and keeping record, in conjunction with NFT finance, payments for Course Team contributors.

7) Providing administrative support to Course Team.
