- City & Guilds 706/1 706/2 or NVQ Level 3 equivalent
- Must have knowledge in HACCP food management systems
- Demonstrate the ability to work under own initiative
- Explain the importance of maintaining required documentation

Job summary
A great opportunity for an enthusiastic forward thinking Team member to join the Catering Department at Fairfield General Hospital, Bury.
This post is full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Sunday and will include Bank holiday working on a rota basis which attract additional enhanced pay.
Being flexible to the needs of the service and previous experience of large scale catering would be an advantage.
