Role summary

This is an exciting development opportunity for a Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) - Physical Health to join a dynamic multidisciplinary team. The role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care within the Women's Secure Blended Service and Secure CAMHS, focusing on the physical healthcare needs of individuals with complex mental and physical health conditions. As a Trainee ACP, you will undertake a structured development programme aligned to the four pillars of Advanced Clinical Practice, supported by experienced colleagues to develop advanced assessment, decision-making, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.

Essential criteria

  • Current registration with NMC, HCPC and or other statutory body
  • Training and Qualifications
  • UK degree with minimum 2:2 or a degree with a statement of comparability at level 6 or 7 (UK ENIC) if undertaken at a non-UK HEI
  • Demonstrates clear commitment to completing MSC in Advanced Clinical Practice

  • Post-registration qualification training relevant to specialty (Physical health)
  • Extensive experience following professional registration, including a sustained period working at an enhanced or advanced level within the field.
  • Leadership experience with ability to engage and deliver change through negotiation and partnership working
