- Handling the booking of clinical appointments and clinics on RIO.
Essential criteria
- NVQ level 2 or equivalent standard of literacy and numeracy
- NVQ Administration/Customer Service Level 3 or equivalent level of proven experience
- Working in a busy office environment
- Experience of storing and maintaining records
