- Experience in the maintenance, repair, installation and fitting of BMS/ automated controls related subject for Schneider control systems
- Current driving licence and use of vehicle.

Job summary
Responsible for the cost-efficient operation of building environmental control systems to ensure optimized equipment performance, energy utilization, indoor air quality and comfort. Candidate will ensure compliance with Health Technical Memorandum & Building Management Systems (BMS) to support the Senior Management Team in the safe operation and maintenance of all plant and equipment within the hospital estate. Key duties include supporting building operations through the installation, commissioning, programming, troubleshooting and repair of the environmental control systems as well as monitoring the BMS for HVAC and water systems throughout.
