Role summary

This part-time, fixed-term role as a Health Centre Manager covers maternity leave and involves leading a team of reception and caretaking staff across four sites. You will ensure sites are safe, compliant, and fit for purpose, acting as the first point of contact for staff and building issues. Responsibilities include staff support, managing sickness, training, compliance, and overseeing Health & Safety standards. The role requires prioritisation, multitasking, and initiative to maintain a positive environment for staff and patients.

Services Team as a Health Centre Manager. This part-time, fixed-term role

covers maternity leave, with the working pattern to be agreed with the

successful candidate within the hours of 8.30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

You will lead a team of reception and caretaking staff across four

sites. Your leadership will directly contribute to the wellbeing of staff and

patients, ensuring each site is safe, compliant, and fit for purpose.

As Health Centre Manager, you will be the first point of contact for any

staff or building issues. Your responsibilities include ensuring your team

feels supported, handling sickness reporting, keeping supervision and training

current, and monitoring compliance. You'll oversee Health & Safety

standards, report and monitor faults, and help maintain a positive environment

for everyone.
