Role summary
This role is for a registered nurse to join a friendly community nursing team in Copeland, providing holistic care to patients in their own homes. The position involves developing knowledge and skills in community services, delivering routine and complex treatments, and working collaboratively with health and social care partners. The successful candidate will assess, deliver, and evaluate clinical nursing care based on best practice, manage workload, and support patient independence and rehabilitation.
Essential criteria
- Level 1 registered nursing qualifications
Desirable criteria
- Post registration qualification in teaching/assessing (ENB 998/NST 307) or equivalent
- Evidence of continuous professional development to degree level or equivalent experience
- Demonstrable recent community nursing experience.
- Ability to use initiative, prioritise effectively.
