  • The ability to lead technical design, manage risk and deliver high-quality solutions under pressure
  • Experience working in Agile or digital delivery environments
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for a range of audiences
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing demands
  • A collaborative, team-focused approach, with experience supporting and developing others
  • A proactive and curious mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement
