Are you a passionate Occupational Therapist looking to develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic community setting?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join our Intermediate Care Team. This role is ideal for a newly qualified Occupational Therapist or someone looking to build their experience within rehabilitation, reablement and community services.
Working as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you will support people to regain their independence, achieve their goals and remain safely in their own homes following illness, injury or hospital admission.

As a Band 5 Occupational Therapist, you will manage your own caseload, carrying out holistic assessments and delivering person-centred interventions that promote recovery, independence and wellbeing.
