Role summary
This is an office-based Team Based Administrator role within the CYP Eating Disorders Service in Stafford. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of clinical services, including typing, data input, booking, and managing communications. It requires an organised, proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a small, supportive team. The role involves a fixed working pattern of Monday, Thursday, and Friday.
Essential criteria
- Good standard of general education including English and Maths at GCSE Grade C or equivalent or Functional skills (English and Maths) Level 2
- RSA Stage III Word Processing / Text Processing or equivalent
Desirable criteria
- NVQ/ Level 3 Business administration
- Relevant experience in administration support role including dealing with telephone enquiries in a timely manner
- Experience of dealing with sensitive/distressing issues
- Previous experience of data input
- Experience of using Rio
- Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritise workload in order to meet deadlines
- Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of effective team working
- Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of confidentiality
- Demonstrate a high level of communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills and work on own initiative
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages e.g. Word, Excel etc.
- Personal Attributes
- Demonstrate a willingness to undertake further training and identify own development needs
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Ability to travel if required

Job summary
We have an opportunity for a Team Based Administrator to join ourCYP Eating Disorders Service in Stafford .
You will be working within a small, supportive team, playing an important role in helping the service run smoothly and ensuring that staff have the administrative support they need to provide a high-quality service.
This is an office-based role, working 22.5 hours per week , with a working pattern of Monday, Thursday and Friday . Please note that the working pattern is fixed.

Experience of using 8x8, RIO and Hybrid Mail would be advantageous, although t his is not essential, as training will be provided
