Role summary
This role is for a Digital Automation Developer within the Digital team at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust. You will be responsible for designing, building, testing, implementing, and supporting Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and low-code solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety across the Trust. Working in an Agile environment, you will translate requirements into reliable automation solutions using technologies like Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps. The position involves supporting the full automation lifecycle, from development to monitoring and continuous improvement, while collaborating with various teams.

- Experience of Agile/sprint delivery and tools such as Jira.
- Experience with deployment pipelines and release processes.
- Experience with SQL Server/T-SQL or relational databases.

- Ability to analyse and resolve problems with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently within defined standards and procedures, recognising when issues should be escalated.

- Knowledge of information governance, confidentiality and security principles relevant to the handling of organisational data.

Reporting to the Digital Automation Specialist, you will design, build, test, implement and support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and low-code solutions that improve efficiency, quality and safety across the Trust.
