We have
an exciting opportunity for a Specialist Audiologist in Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust to join the Audiology Department at Princess Alexandra Hospital . You will be responsible for providing specialist
audiology services to adults and children with hearing difficulties,
undertaking comprehensive diagnostic assessments where highly accurate results
are essential for effective patient care. Working across a variety of clinical
settings, you will manage complex caseloads, support patients, families, and
carers throughout their care journey, and deliver evidence-based interventions
tailored to individual needs. You will work both independently and as part of a
multidisciplinary team, liaising with services including Ear, Nose and Throat
(ENT), Speech and Language Therapy, Central Appointments, and other Audiology
departments to ensure coordinated patient care. In addition, you will be
responsible for supervising, teaching, and supporting clinical staff, providing
day-to-day leadership, maintaining high clinical standards, and contributing to
the ongoing development and delivery of high-quality audiology services.
