Role summary
This role is for a Support Navigator/Administrator to assist the multidisciplinary clinical team, working in a specified pathway or across pathways. Key responsibilities

Essential criteria
- Good standard of general education
- IT skills equivalent to RSA2, NVQ2 or relevant experience of Microsoft Word Packages
- General Administration
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing routine information
- Knowledge of Trust ITT Systems and Software Packages, including Mobius/Q-Flow/SystmOne
- oAbility to communicate both verbally and in writing routine information non-clinical information relating to community appointment
- Methodical organised approach to work with good attention to details
- Ability to work across trust sites
