- Regularly take charge of the ward, assuming responsibility for the clinical area in the absence of the Ward Manager or Deputy Ward Manager.
- Delegate tasks appropriately and supervise the work of junior staff in line with their skills, competence, and scope of practice.

Abbey Ward- 18 bed male acute admission ward based at Hallam Street Hospital in West Bromwich. We support individuals experiencing an acute deterioration in their mental health, providing short-term, focused interventions aimed at helping them return home as soon as possible.
Main duties of the job
