Role summary

This role supports the implementation of a new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system across three NHS Trusts in Norfolk and Waveney. As an LMS Administrator, you will help operate and maintain the Totara Learning Management System, coordinating EPR training for approximately 18,000 staff. Key tasks include managing users, enrolments, and course records, producing reports, and providing first-line LMS and Training Helpdesk support. You will also support learners and trainers on-site during classroom delivery.

Essential criteria

  • NVQ Level 3 Business/Education or equivalent experience
  • Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Significant evidence of a high level of organisational /office skills
  • Ability to work closely with the team and individuals at all levels
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
