Essential criteria
- Orthoptics, ophthalmology, neurology
Desirable criteria
- Knowledge of the Patient Administration System (PAS)
- Batchelor of Science in Orthoptics BSc(Orth), BmedSci (Orth) and/or Diploma from the British Orthoptic Council (DBO)
- Teaching certificate - demonstrator/City & Guilds 730
- Further Training
- Continuing Professional Development
- Low Vision Therapy course
- Biometry training
- Experience working as an orthoptist
- Contractual Requirements
- Provide Orthoptic services at Kings Mill Hospital
