Role summary

Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Community Physiotherapy Team Lead to provide clinical and operational leadership across our community physiotherapy service.

Main duties of the job
To provide clinical and professional therapy leadership to the Community Physiotherapy Team, and to provide support to the Community Care team leaders in ensuring that the Integrated Community Care Teams contribute to the implementation of Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare Clinical Governance Strategies.
