Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive and professional administrative, secretarial and organisational support to the Ward Managers and multidisciplinary team.
- Act as a key point of contact for the ward, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Manage correspondence, maintain accurate records, and arrange/minute meetings.
- Support workforce administration processes and coordinate communications with stakeholders.
- Ensure ward information systems are maintained accurately and confidentially.
Essential criteria
- Recognised Administration Qualification
- Evidence of IT skills and qualifications
- Extensive Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Significant Experience of providing secretarial support to management level

- Experience of working within a Mental Health Setting
