Role summary

This is a part-time Band 3 Clinical Support Services (CSS) Administrator role within Children's Specialist Services.   • Respond effectively and appropriately to external telephone calls and queries from members of the public and external stakeholders
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
  • Examples of using digital platforms to send correspondence
  • Demonstrate experience of using SystmOne
