Main duties of the job
Support the Employee Lifecycle : Assist People & Culture Business Partners with processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and general People administration.
Manage Onboarding & Compliance : Coordinate onboarding tasks such as drafting contracts, conducting compliance checks, and maintaining regular communication with new hires and relevant teams.
Liaise with Stakeholders : Build strong relationships with hiring managers, external compliance providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless People operations.
Drive Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement opportunities to improve People processes and enhance ser
