Role summary
This role is for an experienced and highly motivated Rota Manager within the Medicine Care Group. The post holder will provide comprehensive, effective, and efficient rota management, development, and support services for Resident Doctors and Consultant POD rota. Strong IT skills, especially in Excel and rota systems, attention to detail, and excellent communication are essential. This is a part-time, fixed-term contract for 18 months, with a working pattern of Monday to Friday, 22.5 hours per week.
