Job summary
Do you enjoy being organised, solving problems and making a difference to people's experience of healthcare? Join our MSK administration team and play an important role in keeping the patient pathway running smoothly from referral through to onward care.
You'll be at the heart of the service, working closely with patients, clinicians and colleagues to coordinate appointments, manage referrals and caseloads, complete post clinic actions and arrange onward referrals. You'll use systems including e Referral and EMIS to ensure information is accurate, up to date and patients receive the right support at the right time.
Every day will bring something different. You'll respond to patient queries, manage complex or sensitive information and work with colleagues and external organisations to resolve issues and keep things moving. You'll need excellent communication skills, a calm and professional approach and the confidence to use your initiative when solving problems.
