Role summary
This role involves assisting in the delivery of healthcare services to the prison population at HMP Bronzefield. The Nursing Associate will support patients' health, monitor long-term conditions, promote health, and respond to emergencies under the guidance of registered nursing staff. It requires working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, person-centred primary care and mental health services in a secure setting. The post holder will undertake various clinical interventions and administrative duties.
Essential criteria
- oGood general education to A Level or GCSE standard or equivalent
- oUK NMC PIN
- oEvidence of personal development in previous employment
- oNVQ 2 medication administration qualification
