Role summary
This role involves working in the aseptic unit of the hospital pharmacy, preparing chemotherapy for cancer patients. The successful candidate will support professional and technical staff in the aseptic manufacture of cytotoxic agents and ensure an efficient Pharmacy service. Duties include preparing dispensed medicines, selecting drugs, monitoring temperatures, and managing stock. The position requires participation in late/early shifts, weekend, and bank holiday rotas.

Job summary
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, motivated individuals who would like to work in the aseptic unit of the hospital pharmacy, we prepare the cancer patient chemotherapy.
Applicant would need least 4 GCSEs including Maths, English and Science at Grade C/4 or above or equivalent.
The successful candidate must have good organisational and interpersonal skills, be a team player, able to work individually whilst knowing their own limitations, who is comfortable working for a small team within a large department and able to demonstrate that they are committed to a career in Pharmacy.
This post requires participation in the late/earlies, weekend and bank holiday rota.
We would consider part-time hours or job shares.
