Role summary
This role is for a part-time Mental Health integrated hub clinician within the Keystone Abingdon MH & Wellbeing Hub. The clinician will support GP practices by providing mental health assessment and support to patients in their communities. Key responsibilities include screening, triage, assessment, and coordination of referrals, as well as delivering brief, time-limited, evidence-based interventions. The role involves supporting patients transitioning to primary care and mapping community resources for those with serious mental illness.
Essential criteria
- Current professional registration: Registered Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist
Desirable criteria
- Post graduate education specifically relating to client group
- Community experience in mental health services for adults and older age adults with severe / significant mental illness
- Experience of working in primary and secondary mental health services.
- Specialist knowledge of person-centred care and its application.
- Specialist knowledge of psychosocial interventions and their appropriate use
- Understanding of the mental health needs of adults.
- Specialist knowledge relating to MH needs of young adults age 18-25 and to the needs of those diagnosed with, or with presenting traits of, personality disorder

We have created this exciting post within the Keystone Abingdon MH & Wellbeing Hub (KMHT).
We are looking for a part-time MH integrated hub clinician who is experienced in delivering evidence-based interventions in a community setting, with a passion for partnership approaches to care for adults living with serious mental illness.
This role needs someone who is innovative and who wants to help achieve our vision for cross-sector integrated pathways, removing existing barriers, to deliver better access to dedicated mental health support in local, non-stigmatised community settings.
