- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.

- Mentorship/Practice Assessor qualification.
- Relevant post-registration courses (e.g. IV therapy, acute care, safeguarding).
- Leadership or management training.
- Statutory Registration
- Registered Nurse (adult) on part 1 of the NMC register
- Valid UK NMC PIN.
- Compliance with NMC revalidation requirements.
- Additional specialist professional registrations or qualifications relevant to the role.
- Special Requirements
- Flexible approach to working hours, including shifts, weekends and bank holidays where required.
- Ability to meet the physical and emotional demands of the role.
- Commitment to Trust values and professional standards.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (only where required for the role).
