Role summary
This role is for a Portering Chargehand at Southend Hospital, supervising the portering team and ensuring efficient service delivery. The postholder will be responsible for patient movement, transportation of various items, and emergency responses. - Experience in leading a team of porters or similar operational staff, with a focus on maintaining high service standards
- Understanding of medical gases

- Experience in customer care, particularly in dealing with patient and staff complaints, and resolving issues in a healthcare environment
