Role summary
This role is for an experienced Band 5 nurse, working as a Case Load Holder under the supervision of a Team Manager in Denbighshire. The post holder will manage a caseload and should have or be working towards a District Nursing Qualification. Job summary

Main duties of the job
The post holder will work under the supervision of the Team Manager working out of a designated base within the Denbighshire area. They should be enthusiastic and motivated with an awareness of local and national health initiatives and to work well both alone and within a team.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
