Job summary

Through the staff appraisal process and mentorship programme, support the development of all staff, creating an atmosphere conducive to learning and practice development.
As a senior registered practitioner and manager within your speciality, you are accountable for the delivery of a high standard of cost effective nursing care without direct supervision.
You will ensure that this will be based upon evidence based practice in line with the legal requirements, statutory rules and Health Board policies relating to practice and the NMC Code of Conduct and the Health and Care Professions Council.
