Role summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Registered Community Staff Nurse to join a dynamic and patient-focused team in Stratford Upon Avon. The role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes and clinics, contributing to health promotion, and developing leadership skills by supporting the team. You will undertake assessments, plan and evaluate care, and manage a nursing workload within an integrated health team. The position requires travel within the local community and involves working 7 days a week with shifts between 8am and 6pm.

- Evidence of ongoing professional development

- Must be willing to work flexible hours including Bank Holidays and weekends and be able to participate in the cover of the evening service if required
