An exciting opportunity has arisen with the Acute Directorate, Emergency and In Patient Care Directorate, to join our fantastic team within Ward A12. A12 deliver diverse care to a wide range of patients with speciality care to Haematology and Diabetes and Endocrine patients.

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to apply for a Band 6 Deputy Charge Nurse role. The candidate must be keen to participate and contribute significantly to the development of Ward A12 and have the passion and ability to care for our Haematology and complex General Medical patients.

As a Band 6 Deputy Charge Nurse, you will provide leadership and act as a team leader, supporting and managing staff on a regular basis and prioritise and manage clinically unwell patients. You will facilitate safe admissions, discharges, and transfers and be a role model for compassionate care, always advocating for patient safety and quality.
