Role summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse within the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) at East Lothian Community Hospital. The role involves providing high-quality assessment, care planning, intervention, and review for individuals with complex mental health needs in the community. You will work autonomously, coordinate care, and contribute to multidisciplinary decision-making, promoting recovery and social inclusion. The post holder will also offer specialist advice, clinical leadership, and support junior staff and students.
