Role summary
This role is for a Band 4 Nursing Associate/Associate Practitioner to provide efficient and effective evidence-based nursing care to patients in their own homes within Croydon's transforming Adult Community Services. The post holder will work independently under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, adhering to NMC Standards of Proficiency. Applicants need a Foundation Degree in Healthcare Practice/Adult Care and excellent clinical, communication, and teamwork skills. A clean driving licence and access to a car are essential.
Essential criteria
- Must be able to speak, read and write English
