Role summary
The Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking two HR Officers to join their Recruitment Team. One role will support the Neighbourhood Mental Health Team, overseeing recruitment and onboarding. The second role will provide trust-wide recruitment support, building relationships with managers and contributing to HR projects. Essential criteria
- Educated to A Level standard or CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) with 1 year experience in an HR environment or 3 years' experience in an HR environment.
- Experience of working in a recruitment or HR administration role
- Experience working in an office environment using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good working knowledge of administrative processes e.g. electronic filing systems and formatting documents/reports
- Experience of handling confidential information
