Role summary

This role involves delivering comprehensive, skilled, and evidence-based structured education services for adults with Type 2 Diabetes in various settings. The post holder will support registered nursing and dietetic staff in clinical practice and carry out delegated duties under supervision to provide high-standard care. Job summary

The purpose of this role is to deliver a comprehensive, skilled and evidence-based structured education service to meet the needs of the population of adults with Type 2 Diabetes in multiple settings.

In addition, the post holder will support registered nursing and dietetic staff in the management and execution of clinical practice. They will also carry out duties delegated and supervised by a registered nurse to provide a high standard of care and to promote a good image of the service.
