Role summary
This role supports the Organisational Development (OD) team across two NHS Trusts, focusing on enhancing organisational culture and staff experience. - Experience of Oracle Learning Management system (part of the Electronic Staff Record system) or similar.

- Experience of using Virtual Platforms eg. Microsoft Teams, Zoom etc for delivery of training.
