Role summary
The Quality Manager will lead a Quality team, providing expert advice and operational support on Quality and Regulatory requirements, and coordinating aspects of the Quality Management System for the Manufacturing environment. This hands-on role covers oversight of blood component manufacture, donation testing, QC laboratory, logistics, information systems, and facility. The post holder will report to the QA Theme manager for Manufacturing, supporting SNBTS operational and strategic plans. Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.
