Role summary
This role is for a motivated Healthcare Assistant to join the Lytham District Nursing Team. You will assist patients in their homes by providing clinical interventions such as taking observations, venepuncture, wound care, and pressure area care. The position requires excellent communication skills to liaise with the multidisciplinary team and maintain high standards of nursing care. Essential training for the role will be provided by the Trust.

Essential criteria
- Organisation's Care Certificate or willing to work towards
- Good general education - grade C in English and maths or equivalent experience.

- Able to work under own initiative
- Time management skills
- Car owner/driver or suitable alternative transport arrangements to enable you to undertake the job.
