Job summary
Community Nursing is entering a period of exciting transformation and innovation to protect the services we provide for our patients and sustainability of the NHS. In Line with the NHS Long Term Plan and People Plan 2021, Community Nursing Services will be expanding and evolving to meet the ever-changing needs and demands of the NHS.
Community Nursing provides holistic patient centred care for patients who are housebound, usually with complex, chronic and long-term conditions. Nursing for these patients required broad clinical knowledge and skills to provide sound independent judgement. We work closely within teams covering all of the Exeter locality for supported and supervised practise, whilst also providing the opportunity for you to practice autonomously and independently.
