Highland HSCP is recruiting a Senior Programme Manager, for a fixed term, to lead the Adult Social Care Transformation Programme until the end of March 2028. The transformation Programme is supported by a £20 million transformation fund and the savings potential is £31 million. We are seeking an individual with significant knowledge and experience in the field of Adult Social Care and a proven track record in project and programme management supported by appropriate qualifications.

The successful candidate will be able to handle competing demands, be clear thinking and able to work under high levels of pressure with the ability to meet tight deadlines and use initiative.

They will be required to engage a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally and will require resilience to deliver the programme, particularly when faced with opposing views. They will have the ability to work autonomous
